Relaxation on the river! Welcome to our serene property with 200+ feet of waterfront, a large yard, outdoor entertaining areas, private docks & boat launch! Tucked away on a peaceful dead-end road, you'll be close to everything, but secluded from the large amounts of boat and road traffic that you might experience elsewhere. Discover serenity along the Kawkawlin River in our single-family home. • Master bedroom: Stainmaster carpet, King size memory foam bed, Midea 12K BTU AC, 32” TV with Roku, direct access to an elevated deck for sunrise views. • Guest/kids room: Metal bunk bed (twin over full) with memory foam mattresses, fresh paint, luxury vinyl tile flooring. • Renovated bathroom: Custom ceramic tile floor and shower with DreamLine glass shower door, new fixtures and lighting. • Living/dining room: 58” 4K Smart TV, Apple TV 4K, Hunter Douglas power shades, Hisense portable AC unit, 3.1.2 soundbar with subwoofer and Dolby Atmos. Couch, loveseat, ottoman, high top dining table with seating for 4. • Kitchen: Whirlpool fridge with ice maker, GE glass top range, dishwasher, single basin sink with pull out sprayer. • Coffee bar area (between living/dining room; guest room and kitchen): Ninja specialty coffee maker, Aeropress, electric coffee grinder, basic assortment of coffee, tea, creamer, flavoring syrups, etc. This area also is home to the wall-mounted iPad home controller which manages the Philips hue lighting, furnace/temperature sensors, and can stream Apple Music to the living room or bedroom. • Backyard: 230’ river frontage; ground-level 10x18' deck with pergola, wet bar and grill, fire pit; elevated deck off of master bedroom with stairs to lawn; hammock; private boat launch; docks (we install and remove the docks seasonally - generally they are available mid May through early September depending on weather. The water level for each year will determine if we have one or two in). • Pole barn on property is for owner's storage/use only, but we will not access it during your stay without prior agreement. Experience riverside relaxation and comfort at its finest! Guests will have access to everything but the pole barn unless special arrangements are made ahead of time. Guests may use the boat launch and access adjacent to the pole barn at their leisure along with the dock to moor their boat if desired. We are willing to greet or help you if desired, we live one city over and the home was my residence for over a decade so we have a very good understanding of the home and location. Neighbors are all long term residents who we know well. You can park several vehicles at the property, in front of and alongside the pole barn. Any special requests or questions, feel free to ask!
